These terms govern participation in the affiliate program of INSYDER IO LLC ("Insyder"), accessible via affiliate.insyder.io and operated through the Whop platform. By signing up for the program, you accept them.
1. Sign-up and eligibility
1.1. Sign-up is open to adults, via the affiliate platform. Insyder may refuse or revoke a sign-up, in particular where there is a risk of harm to its image or a breach of these terms.
1.2. Partner status (enhanced conditions, see Section 3) is granted at Insyder's sole discretion.
2. How it works
2.1. Each affiliate receives a tracking link and/or promo code. Attribution of a sale relies on these tracking mechanisms; where the end customer uses multiple devices, only the tracking actually recorded (in particular via promo code) is authoritative. Insyder does not guarantee attribution of untracked sales.
2.2. Affiliate promo codes may offer a discount to the end customer (e.g., 5%) according to the settings in force.
3. Commissions
3.1. Base rate: 20% of the amounts, exclusive of taxes, actually collected by Insyder for subscriptions attributed to the affiliate, for the lifetime of the subscription (recurring commission).
3.2. Partner rate: 30%, with the possibility of sub-affiliation (two levels) according to the settings communicated to the Partner; activation of sub-affiliation is manual and discretionary.
3.3. Commissions are due only on payments actually collected and not refunded; in case of refund, chargeback, or fraud, the corresponding commission is cancelled or deducted from subsequent payouts.
3.4. Commission payouts are made through Whop, according to the platform's thresholds and schedules. The affiliate is solely responsible for their tax and social-security obligations on the amounts received and, where applicable, for issuing the required invoices.
4. Earnings simulations
The simulators and revenue examples shown on our pages (average order values, projections) are purely indicative and constitute neither a promise nor a guarantee of earnings.
5. Permitted and prohibited practices
The affiliate agrees to promote Insyder fairly and in compliance with applicable law (advertising, prospecting, disclosure of the affiliate relationship). The following are in particular prohibited:
- promises of guaranteed results or misleading claims (earnings, "zero risk", endorsements not actually held);
- spam (email, DMs, mass comments), bidding on the "Insyder" brand as a keyword, and domain names imitating the brand;
- self-referral, tracking fraud, use of unauthorized coupons;
- any promotion on illegal, hateful, or misleading content.
6. Brand and content
Insyder grants the affiliate a non-exclusive, revocable right to use its brand assets, solely to promote the Service and in accordance with the guidelines provided. Any other use is prohibited. The affiliate is neither an agent nor a representative of Insyder and may not bind Insyder.
7. Term, suspension, termination
7.1. The program is entered into for an indefinite term; either party may end it at any time with reasonable notice.
7.2. Insyder may immediately suspend or exclude an affiliate in case of breach of these terms, fraud, or harm to its image. Commissions related to fraudulent or non-compliant sales are not due.
7.3. Insyder may change the program's rates and settings for the future, with prior notice; changes do not apply retroactively to commissions already earned.
8. Miscellaneous
The "Warranties and liability", "Governing law and disputes" and "Contact" sections of the Terms of Service apply to the affiliate program. Contact: support@insyder.io.
